By creating a VendIQ account or using the VendIQ app or website, you agree to these terms. VendIQ provides billing, inventory and customer-credit software for Indian retail shops.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials safe. Staff added under your account act under your responsibility.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. GST is included in the listed price. There are no per-transaction fees on bills you create in VendIQ.

Acceptable use

Do not use VendIQ for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to store data you are not entitled to store.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from within the app. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data can be exported to CSV before or during cancellation.

Changes

We may update these terms as VendIQ evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
