Is VendIQ really free to start?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever — up to 50 products, billing + udhaar and 1 user. No card required.

What is the 7-Day Premium Trial?

Every new shop gets 7 days of Premium features free, without a card. After the trial you can stay on Free or upgrade to Pro or Premium.

Which languages does VendIQ support?

Hindi and English. The app uses ₹, DD/MM/YYYY dates and GST out of the box.

Do I need to enter my products manually?

No. VendIQ ships with 4,117+ pre-loaded Indian retail products across kirana, pharmacy, hardware and mobile. Search and add — no data entry.

Can I use VendIQ offline?

VendIQ is a mobile-first PWA that installs like an app and works with intermittent connectivity.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

For customers with an outstanding udhaar balance, you can send a payment reminder to their WhatsApp directly from the ledger.

What payment methods do my customers pay with?

Cash, UPI, Card and Udhaar — including mixed / split payments on a single bill.

What payment methods do I use to pay for VendIQ?

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay. GST is included in the price.

Are there per-transaction fees?

No. You pay only your VendIQ subscription — no cut on any bill you create.

Can I manage multiple stores?

Yes, multi-store management is included in the Premium plan, with role-based access and per-store data isolation.

Is my data safe?

Yes. VendIQ uses row-level security, per-store data isolation, automatic backups, one-click restore and a full audit trail.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export to CSV at any time.

How does the Growth Hub / Referral Program work?

Refer other shopkeepers; when they make their first payment, you earn wallet credits. Credits are redeemable against your VendIQ subscription.
