This page is maintained by VendIQ to answer common privacy questions about the VendIQ app and website. VendIQ is a mobile-first retail app for Indian shops offering billing, inventory and customer credit (udhaar) features.

What we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up (name, mobile number, shop name) and the business data you enter into VendIQ (products, bills, customers, udhaar entries, staff). We also collect basic usage information needed to operate the service securely.

How we use it

To provide the VendIQ service, keep your data available and secure, send transactional messages such as WhatsApp reminders you trigger, and improve the product.

Data isolation & security

Your shop's data is isolated per store using row-level security. VendIQ maintains automatic backups, one-click restore and a full audit trail.

Your controls

You can export your data to CSV at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting noreply@vendiq.in.
