Is there a per-transaction fee?
No. VendIQ has no per-transaction fees. You pay only your monthly or yearly subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets — processed via Razorpay. GST is included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel from the app; you keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
What is the Free plan?
Free forever: up to 50 products, billing + udhaar, and 1 user. Perfect for a small shop starting out.
